Hi Team - 

can anyone please help me on this requriment 

Request: Restrict access for amending due dates

Details: Only the PRB team should have permission to amend due dates for Operate teams in PTASKs of a problem records. All other users must be restricted.

Purpose: To enforce governance, prevent SLA manipulation, and ensure compliance.

The most secure way to manage this would be to de-activate the OOTB acl that provides write access to problem_task.due_date for itil/ problem task analysts and provide only write access to the problem_coordinator role.
