Public Page submit attachments

Hi,

 

We are seeking to enable guest users to submit attachments on a Public Page (ex: servicenow.com/xxx.do) that utilizes a a custom app table. The form's process heavily relies on allowing users to submit attachments. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
