Hi, we have catalog item where we have option to submit for someone else by selecting their name from reference field and we are auto populating some user information using g_form.getReference on form. Auto population is working for only itil role users only, if a user without any role tries to submit for other user it will not auto populate. This is expected OOB functionality i was able to make auto populate to work by adding public role to the user. My question if this is ok to add public role to all users/employees or will there be any conflicts or issue adding this role to all user accounts.
