Publish Button not available for Knowledge_admin users

Hi, 

 

I have given Knowledge_Admin role to specific users but they don't see the publish button though the article is in the review state.

Hi @PoorminaB 

 

Check is any alc is blocking or try to repair the knowledge plugin once. Is ka is draft state?

If the article is in "review" state it means it has not been "approved" by the "knowledge base owner". Please check approvals related list and approve it first. 

 

Only then will the "publish" button below visible.

It is not the issue with workflow stage, If the article is in the draft state it should show up the publish Button but is not available for knowledge_Admin role users.
