Publish Button not available for Knowledge_admin users

Hi, 

 

I have given Knowledge_Admin role to specific users but they don't see the publish button though the article is in the review state.

Please confirm if you checked the answers , mark as helpful and accept solution so that they can be moved from unsolved bucket to solved.
