Hi There,
We have Employee data change form in our portal which collects info related to employee and creates ticket. The fields from the form are populated under Description on the case. Is it possible to report on the fields?

For this portal form , you must be using a Table where these field values are being stored.
while reporting leverage this table and use the required fields .

Hi @Simran321 ,
Fields like "Description" which is a free text field is not a recommended field to report on as data can be vague.
If specific fields are being populated through catalog item then we could report on that and it will be reliable as well.
