I've had a request to create a Risk Assessment for change requests.
They would like this to be a TAB on the ticket instead of the OOB Assessment pop-up.
I haven't seen much about this, except this post, where they outline creating the tab and assessment questionnaire.
The post also mentions needing a UI macro to display the assessment question.
Has anyone been successful in achieving this?
I'm looking to have this available.
So i'm not sure if this should be additional fields in the Change Request table. then adding BR rules or UI actions to then calculate risk and update the form?
Thoughts or code share would be greatly appreciated, as I have no clue on UI Macros.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hi @EricG
To add a tab and writing BR/ UI macros will increase the technical debt in your instance. OOTB Risk set up is good and you can see risk assessment as well on change form. What value this tab is going to drive?
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Yes - that makes a lot of sense to me. The value? That is a good question, other than to say people don't like change and complain when they need to click more than once. LOL...
