Quite often we raise claims for mobile, broadband etc. Being a manager always has to approve the claims manually.

Today, I have developed a chat boat integrated with Gen AI, which immediately verifies if it's correct or not. If this is found correctly then it is approved automatically and sent for payment.

It could be helpful, because it reduces the time to settle the claim and deliver the awesome user experience.
