When putting an image in background container of service portal , it doesn't show in the page.
How can I make the container bigger so the image fits?

I actually had to put a widget on the container to work. When putting a widget , it's working as expected now. based on your need , you can either put a search widget or html, etc,....

I have the same problem, but this doesn't help me. I put the search widget on the container before I added the background image. I can pull the widget and/or the background image off and put it back on repeatedly with no change.
