Putting Condition in a UI Action

Hello guys!

I badly need your help regarding UI Action.

So I have this UI Action Button it is a Print button and wanted to put the button in my form beside the "Cancel"

I researched here on how to put a condition and tried this below, but unfortunately it doesn't even show the Print UI Action Button.

Note: I even click the "Client" tickbox and the result is still the same....
