$pwd_change.do page not working

$pwd_change.do page not working getting below error message

Change password is not configured in your environment, contact service desk for assistance.

Verified all the password realted properties and Pwd Process/Cred store looks good.

Any help will be much appreciated!

Hi @Community Alums ,

Go to Password Reset> Processes and change the ones you don't want to see to Active=false and vice-versa.

Thanks @Community Alums , Verified the password reset process and reactivated that process again but still getting the same error 'Change password is not configured in your environment, contact service desk for assistance.'

@Ankur Bawiskar Last month when we tried to set up custom password policy requirement at that time it was working fine.. No upgrades done on the environment
