$pwd_change.do page not working

$pwd_change.do page not working getting below error message

Change password is not configured in your environment, contact service desk for assistance.

Verified all the password realted properties and Pwd Process/Cred store looks good.

Any help will be much appreciated!

Not sure exaclt what has changes, though I can access login_cpw.do. But $change_password.do is not working
