I have only ever worked on ServiceNow implementation which runs on the cloud, however i have some queries regarding the on-prem solution, as well as the cloud service, and was hoping for some support please.
- Which technical environments are supported with the on premise implementation, in terms of which operating systems and databases are supported by ServiceNow?
- Also is there a "Best Practice" for how the system should be set up with the on prem implementation?
- Regarding the cloud service, how is it typically managed, is there any support available to handle GDPR and privacy requirements? and How does the system handle sensitive data, secrecy and GDPR information?
