Query regarding multiple page survey

Hello all,

I am trying to make a survey. But my survey needs to be of multipage. I have 8 questions divided in 5 categories. I need to show a single questions in a single page with the next and previous button and at last page there will be preview and Submit button. I have tried UI policy but could not find any logic to implement in on that particular survey. Is there any way to make the survey multiple page with next and previous button?

Hi @I_Das 
You can achieve the pagination by using the survey designer.
Open your survey in the survey designer, then goto the configuration section. There you can see the pagination setting on portal. You need to select how to want to display the survey. i.e one question per page or one category per page.
Note: This will work only on the Service portal and we don;t have "Preview" button as an OOB feature.

That's I have done but I cannot make review all the response button. In last page there there should be 2 button submit and review all the response button. When we clicked Review all response all the responses should be shown or they can directly submit it. How can I achieve that?

As I mentioned earlier, Preview or Review all  button is not available in the OOB widget.
You need to create a custom widget for that.
