Are roles in Service Now standard or customizable? If customizable, is there a way to show the permissions assigned to each role.

Hi @Nikita50 ,
Yes, being an admin you can modify the OOB role behavior. Contain roles are basically those role which are inherited in the ITIL role. Role you can think of just a record and that role needs to be mapped with ACL then only with that role will help in configuring the access of the system.

Hi @Nikita50 ,
Roles can be OOO and also you can create a custom role depending upon the requirement. Yes, from ACL table you can identify what sort of permissions are assigned to any particular role.
