Query related to E-Signature

Hi Everyone,

We have been trying to create an E-signature in LE in one of the Manage Lifecycle events.

We have followed all the steps and have constructed the same. Whenever the task is created for e-signature and we click on "Sign Document", the attached document do not show the signature neither for OOB E-signature templates nor for any custom ones created.

Can anyone confirm whether the signature be attached to the template or will just be captured on the e-signature history?

Thanks for your response. Its my team member who posted this in HRSD community. But I posted the same in developer community because in this community responses are more fast, I have seen compared to others.
