Hi all,
I’m currently in the process of setting up the new Now Assist feature to generate knowledge articles. While I haven’t completed the setup yet, I wanted to check if there’s a way to identify and track articles that are created specifically using Now Assist AI.
This is important for reporting purposes, as I’d like to differentiate AI-generated articles from those manually created by users. Is there a field, tag, or metadata attribute that indicates an article was created using Now Assist?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Check the 'author' field, since the user creating an article is captured in there (or use the sys_created_by field to recognize them).
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

I thought of those fields, I was just wondering if someone has already installed it and knows the answer 🙂
