reAccess to question_choice table failing on ACL for HR Agents having roles

Hi There,

Not sure why record producer List Collector is inaccessible for records created in Human Resources: Core application scope even though 'read none' & 'read *'  ACLs are created with the following roles. Global records are accessible throughout. Thanks!!!.

sn_hr_core.basic
sn_hr_core.case_reader

Looks like none of those are being evaluated. Look in the security debugger for the first ACL that is actually evaluated and fails. If you hover over the circles (where you see X's or check marks) it will describe which specific check has failed.

 

I'd also recommend clearing your cache, logging out and back in, and checking cross-scope access. My hunch is this is a cross-scope error.

Yes, I have set up a new ACL for this table: [question_choice]
*which is Read, none, and actually in Human Resources Core rather than Global Scope (despite the table being in Global). The List Collector allowed the troubled end user to access the List.
