Question on Getting Same Email Notifications Multiple Times

Hi There,

 

 I'm facing one issue in email Notifications,

 When the Incident is canceled, at that time End User receiving one same Email for 3,4 times, But i need the End User should receive that mail for Single time.

For this i have created one Email Notification, please find the below snap

The Same End User receiving same email for multiple times, please some one can let me know why this is happening and what should be the solution!

@Community Alums 

please try by changing the Notification condition to "Incident State Changes to Cancelled" instead of "Incident State is Cancelled" as later one triggers the notification always when Incident is updated when it is in cancelled state.
