Question On List Collector Field

Hi There,
I have one Question on List Collector Field.
I have one List Collector Type Variable Named 'Chatham' which having multiple values, on a catalog item,
when an admin open the form to rise a request at that time he can able to see that list collector(Chatham ) field, but when an end user try to rise the Ticket, he is not able to see that field,
I'm not sure, what may be the issue, so can anyone please help me to fix this issue!!
please find the Snapshots,
1) Chatham Is Visible for Admin.
2) Chatham Is Not Visible for End User.

you are saying when end user is trying to submit the form, at that time the end user is not able to see any data in that variable?
if yes then this issue is because that user is not having read access to that table. Please check table level READ ACL and check if that user satisfies the role, condition, script etc
