Question on RITM workflow

Hi ALL,

I have one requirement on RITM in that which is not having any approval and sc_task .

what I want is when RITM's state is Closed Complete at that time RITM Stage should set to Complete(in this case RITM is not containing Any tasks)

can anyone help me how to achieve this.

Are you using any Workflow or Flow for that catalog item?

Yes, I'm using workflow nd that i want to set RITM stage to complete when RITM state is closed complete.

Hello @Mani60 ,

If you are using workflow the add one Set Value then you will get name and stage.
In the stage add value and proceed.
you will get your result.

I have created this workflow but its not working , when RITM is closed complete then RITM stage also complete.
