Quick message sent

Hi All,

I got a ask to display an info message on top of incident form...once quick message sends an email.

How should I approach here?

I have too many thoughts in my mind... may be a BR can work or a Ui script 🤔

All suggestions are welcome here.

Can you please elaborate on the requirements?

i.e. What is needed and why it is required.

 

When do you need to display an info message and what did you mean by once quick message sends an email?

Hi there @ujjwala_678 

 you have a couple of options

You can use an "After Insert" or "After Update" business rule to trigger when the email is sent. This rule can then set a flag or update a field that a UI script can check.

Use a UI script to display the info message. This script can check for the flag or updated field and show the message accordingly.

Both approaches can work, Give it a try.
