Currently there are some quick messages that several groups need to use. Is there a way, other than recreating the messages for each group to allow all the groups to see and use them? In the system it looks like you can only assign one group as this field is a reference. I have looked in to changing the field to multiple choices but it doesn't look like I can.

Found it, its a List dictionary type.

Do you mean you changed the field type of the 'group' column to List?

Hello Kris,
I believe with quick messages, the only options are to identify an individual user/group or to leave the fields blank so that the message displayed in any [group] notification that uses that quick message.

I was able to do the following:
Go in to a quick message form, right click on the "Group" field and select "Configure Dictionary. Then change the "Type" from reference to List.
That changes the "Group" field from a single reference to the following, where multiple groups can be added.
Click the Lock and it expands it to this:
