"admin" user not able to see all the records in a table

Hi All,

 

My user profile has "admin" role , i am able to login and see all the records of a table ,

i have created a new user and gave the same "admin" role but he is unable to see all the records of the same table

how can i resolve this issue, i have compared the new user profile with mine everything is identical but still new User is not able to view records of a table

 

Any suggestions how to resolve this issue

Make sure you are ending impersonation or logging out as the other user before re-testing after role changes.  Do you have any ACLs on this table that are group-based and/or have you looked at group membership between the two profiles?

I am comparing both the profiles in 2 different browsers ,  i have checked there is no group based ACL's,  the entire user profile is exactly the same

Our instance doesnt have Access analyzer is it a free application or any charges applied ?
