i have created a new user and gave the same "admin" role but he is unable to see all the records of the same table

how can i resolve this issue, i have compared the new user profile with mine everything is identical but still new User is not able to view records of a table

Any suggestions how to resolve this issue

@Gowtham Kodali Yes, it is free.

2 different browsers is irrelevant, unless one of them is Microsoft Edge - don't bother with that one.  Security changes after a role change are not necessarily in force until after the user has logged out, so just to be entirely clear, have you tried logging out or ending impersonation before retesting after granting a role?

Hi @Brad Bowman

i have logged out and checked it as well  still same issue is happening

Since you mentioned different browsers, have you tried testing the other user with the same browser as your profile?  With the other user are you seeing a message something about security settings removing/hiding/restricting access to # rows?  Do you have a Query Business Rule on this table?

Hi @Brad Bowman

Sorry for the delayed reply,

Thank you for the Idea , while checking the entire system i missed one before query business rule it was impacting  the access
