Hi Experts,
"Always expand" option is not auto expanding on service portal. I am trying it for "container start" type and also other types. For container start type the "Always expand" is read only. But for other types, Only if "Always expand" option is checked it is working on service portal.
I believe it should auto expand on service portal, though it is not checked. If this is wrong, How do I expand it for "container start" type in service portal (it is readonly for container start).
Thanks,
Rocky.

there is OOTB client script , which used to make that check box read only for container start.
Client script name : Hide/Show Help on Load Field
I would suggest here use label type variable.
If my answer helped you, kindly mark it as correct and helpful.

Hi Ben, nice to e-meet you,
You can return to the catalog item and add the "Always expand" column to the variables list view, there you will be allowed to change the value for the "Always expand" field in the "Container Start" variable type.
Please don't forget to tap on "mark helpful" if it really helps you.
