"Approval - Group" Workflow Action Continuing Even While Approval Was Rejected

Hi All,

We have a workflow with an "Approval - Group" action where one rejection should remove the need for other approvers.

I’ve verified the group and users are active, and their emails are correct. I tested this in our dev instance, and it worked as expected, stopping further approvals after a rejection.

Would anyone know what could be the reason why when a member of a group has rejected why the other approvers did not set to "No longer required"?

Generally it should.

How the approver is Rejecting from ServiceNow or through emails ?

Can you check with Approval - User and give the Group for approval.
