"Indicator links to table that is not entitled for Key Influencer" when executing a PA Job

Hi, we want to use Performance Analytics to get some Information about the health of our CMDB.

The idea is to use PA to see how many records (in percentage of the total number of CIs) in the CMDB have, for example, Correlation ID = empty.

  1. We have setup created an Indicator Source pointing to cmdb_ci.
  2. The Indicator is linked to a Job.
  3. When we execute the Job we get no hits (Inserts = 0)
In the Job Logs we found the following message: "Indicator ... links to table that is not entitled for Key Influencer".

Any information regarding this message is highly appreciated.

You need a formula indicator, that results in %. There are many examples in your instance. A count of records that meet your condition / total count of records.

Yes, but the formula indicator is certainly required once I have data. Our problem is, that when we want to pull the data by using a Data Collector Job we don't get any. So there are no data a formula indicator can work with.

In the Job Logs we find the message: "Indicator ... links to table that is not entitled for Key Influencer".

What is this "Key Influencer"?

What makes a table to be entitled for Key Indicator?
