Hi, we want to use Performance Analytics to get some Information about the health of our CMDB.
The idea is to use PA to see how many records (in percentage of the total number of CIs) in the CMDB have, for example, Correlation ID = empty.
- We have setup created an Indicator Source pointing to cmdb_ci.
- The Indicator is linked to a Job.
- When we execute the Job we get no hits (Inserts = 0)
In the Job Logs we found the following message: "Indicator ... links to table that is not entitled for Key Influencer".
Any information regarding this message is highly appreciated.

Got some updates from ServiceNow on this issue:
"Since the entitlement is not enforced as of now, customers cannot get entitlement on a table for key influencer & hence there would not be any table in the instances which has got this entitlement."
This log is purely informational, and can be ignored and requires no further actions.
From a support perspective, this log does not currently need to be customer visible, which has been mentioned to the development team."
