"Master Switch" for Mobile notifications

Hello

 

We are now trying to implement notifications to be put in on our Now Mobile App.

Prior to this happening, someone had turned off pushing notifications to the Mobile App and we are trying to find where exactly this setting is to turn it back on.

Right now, no notifications are being received by anyone who is logging in to the instance using the App.

Does anyone know where this setting is?
