"Run Test" is not enabling for "Run Performance Test" in ATF (Washington DC version)

Hi team,

"Run Test" option is not being enabled even after acknowledging in ATF to run performance tests.

Hi @PrasadNuneQA 

In order to run performance test you should have the "ATF Test Generator and Cloud Runner" plugin installed. To do that, go to the store and request the plugin.
