"User Not Authorized" when clicking Export as Excel in Service Portal

Hi,
I am facing the issue where the system will show the "User Not Authorized" whenever the user clicking the Export as Excel or Export as CSV in the Service Portal. But when clicking Export as PDF it is working fine.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for your response. The value for both the 'glide.basicauth.required.csv' and 'glide.basicauth.required.excel' are true in the system properties. But the issue is still happening
