"View All" or "Next" button is not displaying in "My request" widget

HI All,

I used the "My request" widget in my home page of service portal and i set the Maximum entries value 5 but total record is 14 but there is no "View All" or "Next" button to view the remmining record 

Please guide me how to bring the  "View All" or "Next" button

Hi Ramesh,

II suggest you the following options:

1. Configure the instance options (Ctrl+ Right Click) and update the Maximum entries field. 

2. Use the out-of-the-box 'Simple List' widget which has the 'Next' and 'View All' options.

3. Clone the 'My Requests' widget and add the code for View All and Next buttons. You can use the 'Simple List' widget as a reference.
