Hi All,
I had a requirement where , if the priority if the incident changes to p1 or p2 , then the incident should automatically proposed as Major incident .
The functionality is working fine, but not working when assigned_to field is populated.Not sure about this behivour, checked scripts as well, but not getting the cause of the issue.
