Read only access to Workflows

Hi Everyone,

 

I hope your day is going well!

 

I wanted to check if we can provide a read only access to workflows. The user(s) should be able to view all existing workflows and all the activities used within; however, cannot create and update any workflow.

hello @Rana5 ,

here is the link which describes all the roles related to workflow editor 

try giving your user only "workflow_publisher" role and see if that works
