hello Johny,
Maybe you can try the following:
You can assign application and module access to roles.
Role required: admin
You can also create custom roles to authorize users and groups to use Express applications and modules. After you create the role, you assign the applications and modules you want the role to access.
When you identify new roles that you need, compile a list with the role name and the access and permissions it needs. Use the list to complete the following steps.
- Point to the application menu containing the modules you want to assign and click the edit icon (pencil).Assign the role to the application menu to grant access to one or more modules. Assign the role to at least one module in the menu. If you do not, the application menu appears but the user assigned to the role can do nothing.
- To assign a role to the application menu, complete the following steps.
- Click the edit user roles icon and double-click the roles to add.
- Click Done.
- To assign a role to a module, complete the following steps.
- Click the module to open it and locate the Visibility form section or tab.
- Click the edit user roles icon and double-click the roles to add.
- Click Done.
- Click Update.
Continuing adding the role to application menus and modules until you have assigned all the access it needs.
