Is there any read-only role to view cases in CSM which does not cause license? Kindly help.

The sn_customerservice.case_viewer Role does not have access the the Case View when looking at a request The parent field is within this view and rather than display the parent field in another view I would like to give the Role sn_customerservice.case_viewer access to this view has anyone else done this or can advise where the view is currently being restricted ?
