Real Availability by Instance statistics

Hi all,
I was looking around the ServiceNow Customer Service (HI) page, I noticed that they have the "Real Availability by Instance" stats displayed in their homepage (pic below). Does someone know how to create the same idea in our own instances. I would love to have something like that in my dashboard to be able to show ServiceNow uptime/availability. Please let me know if you have any ideas/suggestions on this.

Hi Michael,
This is available for all SNC Customers via the Self Service portal - it cannot be emailed but you can see it everytime you log in. Does that answer your question? The previous question was if we were going to make the report available for our customers to share with their customers, I am not sure this is the same issue?? I could be confused though. Sorry for the delayed response.

Hi
I have similar requirement mentioned by Yeny in this post. For our on-premise (self hosted) ServiceNow instance, we are looking for this realtime availability dashboard to show the stats on the availability of our production instance. Our current release version is Paris (patch 7) - can you please confirm if this dashboard is available for Paris or any future releases? If not, it would be great if we get the details on how to build and configure this, so that we can do it by ourselves.
