Received error after submitting a Change that was Copied

I have created some new roles for Change, the issue that I am having is with the Copy Change. After selecting the Copy Change it opens the new record and that part works. Once I fill out the copied change, I get an error on the screen "Security restricted when invoking processor".

One thing that I noticed is that even though I get the error, the ticket does still submit. Am I missing something?

Hi 

Can you please attach the image again its broken

and did you try elevating your role and check if the scope is correct.

and this seem like a role or ACL issue
