Receiving 404 error message on Survey on esc portal

We are receiving a 404 error when accessing the survey through the Survey button on the ESC portal. I have validated the survey roles, and all required roles are correctly assigned and active. Despite this, the survey page is not loading and continues to return a 404 error.

Hi @Raj Bharankar 

 

If non-admin users receive a 404 error, they may be locked out of the survey widget . Add snc_internal in User Criteria of the Widget.
