Hi Community,
Recently I noticed the PDIs are going offline frequently with an upgrade message on developer portal. My self released 3 PDI instances in last 14 days. Is there any solution do anyone have? my recent PDI has also gone offline since yesterday.
Best Regards,

No solution for this
PDIs don't come with any support from ServiceNow
So the only option currently is to wait

There is no solution on it.
ServiceNow does not offer direct technical support for PDI and persistent offline issues are currently part of known infrastructure and maintenance disruptions.

I'm with you. I'm trying to do something pretty simple and have sunk a dozen hours into just getting the PDI to work. It really is a mess. Latest thing is NO applications will install. System logs show "Download request failed due to possible credential error, status code = 403" and "UADownloader-ua_blocking: Download request failed due to possible credential error, status code = 403: no thrown error". I mean come on ServiceNow, I'm just trying to use the product you have given us access to 😕
