Recommendation tab in the contextual sidebar of incident is not working in SOW

Hi Team,

Recommendation framework in service operation workspace.

I followed the steps mentioned in the docs but Recommendations from the sidebar it is showing as no recommendations yet and Recommendations at the field level are also not showing up. It will be helpful for me if I get a solution for this.

Hello @kaveri SHINDE 

For each recommendation rule to work, install the relevant plugin that installs the corresponding solution definition. Based on this solution definition, the recommendation rule predicts values or records for an incident.

if this is already followed then please share sceenshot of these rules to help you better , especially the rule you want to work for you in SOW.

Thanks for the response!

I have configured the solution definition for similar incidents but still, no recommendations are shown.

Please update and retrain the definiation and try again.

I also assume, similar incident with  similar short description is resolved (as per selected state) in last 6 months. Do check manually the history of the incidents before testing.

Tried to Update and retain but no recommendations are shown

Also verified the word corpus and recommendation properties.
