Recommendation tab in the contextual sidebar of incident is not working in SOW

Hi Team,

Recommendation framework in service operation workspace.

I followed the steps mentioned in the docs but Recommendations from the sidebar it is showing as no recommendations yet and Recommendations at the field level are also not showing up. It will be helpful for me if I get a solution for this.

Do you have any incident related to VPN with this VPN present in short description, created in last 6 months and now in resolved or closed state as per your definition?

If yes, then when you create new incident with that keyword the recommendation should work . if still it didnt work then I will recommend raising HI ticket with servicenow

There are incidents with a similar short description and description and keyword VPN, I tried it again but no recommendations are shown.
The solution definition will be executed if the state is not one of resolved, canceled, or closed
