Record not achieving properly

I have an archive rule in the dev instance. What I did was export the records with Active = false from the prod instance and import them into the dev instance. Although the archive rule is active, these records are not being archived. Could you please provide a solution for this?
This was done on the sys_user table.

The following archive rule worked in my PDI:

And there is now one record in the 'ar_sys_user' table, as I only had one user where Active is 'false'  Your screen shots are not clear, the two date values can't be determined.  Seems you have some other problem

Hi @dkgopi123 

Why are you bringing data from Prod to Dev? If needed, you can achieve the same directly in Prod—there’s no need to move the data. Please check if the archive rule is fully defined and working as expected.

I need to test this archive rule, which is why I exported the data from Prod. The data is only available in Prod, as it is received from Workday.
