Record producer description showing as preview on item page .and the links in it are not responding

we have a record producer with description added in html source code which is showing also as a preview on the item page 

but the job aid link is not responding  under preview , but it is working on inside the record producer page 

even if we update the html source , the job aid link is not responding in preview section.

I tried adding simple URL and it showed up during Preview when I clicked Try it

I added sys_attachment URL and it showed me when I hove on that link
