Record producer in order guide

Hello all,

I am trying to add record producer under order guide. So I have created two record producers one on incident table and other on change table. And then added both record producers under menu items of order guide. But when I am submitting order guide from portal record is created in incident table but not in change. Can somebody help me with the solution.

Can you please share some screenshots for better understanding ? I tried simulating your issue on my PDI and I am able to submit 2 record producers via an Order Guide without any issue.
