Record Producer to Employee Center

How to add a record producer to Employee Center homepage as shown in the image?

Hello @vidhya_mouli 

You need to create the widget and add it into the service portal page, embed the href link into the widget for opening the record producer.

That is what I tried, but it says page cannot be found:

1 ) All -> Content Taxonomy -> Taxonomies

2 ) Select and open “Employee” from list -> Go to the related list -> Child Topics - Select your topic and open 

3 ) Goto related list -> Click on Connected Content -> New

4 ) Select Content type : Catalog Item -> Select your Catalog item in Catalog item field value section -> Submit

5 ) Open Employee Service Center and verify your catalog item is available on Employee Service Center

It is not the taxonomy issue. When I search I can still find my catalog item. I want the link of the record producer to be displayed on the homepage so that Employees can easily click on it to raise a request.
