I made a PA using task_sla table and had some records duplicate in dashboard how I remove then??

On your indicator you can try setting the Aggregate to "Count Distinct" and set the field to whatever your want to count only once (task, inc, etc).

Hi @BrunoBall 

You need to enhance the condition in the automated indicator or /and the indicator source. After this is done you might able to do a historical data collection based on your conditions.
