Redirect user "sn_customerservice_agent, sn_customerservice.consumer_agent" to CSM/FSM workspace

Hello All,
I have a requirement to set landing page to " CSM/FSM workspace" for users who have sn_customerservice_agent, sn_customerservice.consumer_agent. Currently when I create a user with these two roles assigned and If i impersonate that user the user is redirected to /now/nav/ui/classic the default landing page. Only when i manullay click on workspace and set csm/fsm workspace its going to workspace view. 

I want my user to automatically redirect to csm/fsm workspace  when a user with the sn_customerservice_agent, sn_customerservice.consumer_agent login.

Can anyone pls help me on this to how to redirect users to workspace. Thanks in advance

Hi @Ashwin Perumal1 ,

This is not possible. You can only set default landing page for all or none - not persona specific.
