Changing ServiceNow landing page for users based on roles

WIll be upgrading to Orlando in the next week.

Wanted to know if we can set a default landing page to the Agent Workspace for the L1 support guys.

Is this possible and how can it be done?

Please note, we want to retain the default landing page for everyone except the service desk guys.

Hi

Go to the Landing Pages Module in ServiceNOw Classic UI and set Roles to the existing Landing Pages according to your needs. If NO Role is assigned, the Landing Page will be available to all.

Also check the "Order" value of the Landing Pages.

The first Landing Page, which is available to any given user at his/her Role will be used to be displayed. So, make sure, that the Landing Page with NO Role will have the highest Order number, to be some sort of "Default" / "Fall Back", if there is no access to any specific Lading Page.
